Click this link to read back rehabilitation testimonials The first step is to make an appointment during which I will assess your condition, chat with you and read your medical reports. If you are still receiving therapy sessions, I will make contact with your therapist and work in conjunction with them. My approach to back rehabilitaton is two prong, meaning that I use a combination of TRE and Pilates sessions to rehabilitate and strengthen my clients’ core, backs and neck. With the ultimate aim of restoring full use of their backs/necks, improving their quality of life and reducing or eliminating back pain/discomfort. 2-3 individual sessions are required per week to sufficiently rehabilitate and strengthen your back and core. Once your back and core are stable and strong enough, you will be ready to attend Pilates classes. “It is thanks to Pilates and TRE that I have full use of my back and neck, without experiencing pain or stiffness. Pilates has strengtend my core and TRE keeps my back and neck loose, preventing stiffness and pain. I took anti- inflammatories for 20 years with many visits to the physio and chiropractor. I was diagnosed with a ruptured/bulging lumbar disc and wore a back brace for 2 months and receved extensive therapy. Even after my therapy sessions had finished I was still unable to run, jump and couldn’t instruct my fitness classes as before.  Because of TRE and Pilates I no longer need anti-inflammatories and I no longer need physio or chiropractic sessions. I have no pain, I can run, jump and have full use of both my neck and back.”  - Karen, TRE Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Massage Therapy As a Fitness Professional I’ve had to walk my own journey of back rehabilitation, so when I work with my back rehabilitation clients not only do I bring my knowledge as a fitness professional to the table, but I bring my own personal experience and journey into the mix. I’ve been there and know how it personally feels physcially, emotionally and mentally to be challenged with an ailing back problem that seems impossible to fix.  So here is my story - Call 083 687 2206 or email info@jericho.org.za today!
